"Carter is the worst agent I have ever dealt with. First he goes out of town while we are waiting for them to give us insurance. Then he won't cancel our policy or give us a refund. Tried to scam us $1200 for paperwork that he already had. He's a little weasel. He makes state farm look horrible. Don't ever go to that location!"

We understand how stressful this process can be, especially with looming deadlines. To clarify the situation: • We confirmed with your mortgage lender that all requirements were met before your National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) application was submitted. • Unfortunately, your lender requested changes to the policy after the application was filed. • Crucially, the federal government shutdown is currently preventing any further action. Until the government resumes operations, the NFIP cannot process the application, nor can they process requests to change or cancel the policy. We are actively monitoring the situation and will resume work on your policy the moment the government reopens. We appreciate your patience during this difficult situation. Carter Andersen"
